  • What party packages do you offer?
    We have several options to suit your needs: - Standard Package: $395 for a 3-hour party, includes up to 20 kids. Additional children are $15 each. - Weekday Roundup (Monday–Thursday): $250 for a 3-hour party, includes up to 20 kids. Additional children are $15 each. - Pioneer Special (Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–12 PM): $200 for a 3-hour party, includes up to 30 kids. Additional children are $10 each.
  • What is included in the party packages?
    All packages include exclusive use of our entire facility, with access to the arcade, inflatable bounce houses, and open play area. Your party will have the whole space to itself for the duration of the rental.
  • Can I bring my own food for the party?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and cake. Please note that Buckaroo’s does not provide food or catering services.
  • How far in advance do I need to book a party?
    We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
  • Is a deposit required to book a party?
    Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
  • Do you offer discounts for weekday parties?
    Yes, our Weekday Roundup and Pioneer Special packages are discounted options available Monday through Thursday.
  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least [Insert Timeframe] in advance, and we’ll work to find an alternative date for your event.
